Thank you for your interest in CCRC's Playgroups!

A Playgroup is a time for young children (birth to 5 years) and their parents / caregivers to come together in a safe space to play, socialize, and learn. Activities may include songs, games, crafts, and free play.

Playgroups are intended for parents and family, friend, or neighbor caregivers to participate with the child(ren). If you are a child care professional, please reach out to us about other options that may be available to you.

*This form allows families to express interest in attending a Playgroup. Submitting this form does not guarantee participation.

Playgroups are a part of an 8 week series, occur once per week and begin on the date noted below.

Playgroup Participation Agreements
If selected to participate in a Playgroup series, the caregiver understands that Playgroups are a multi-week commitment. Caregivers are asked to make every effort to attend each session and notify the facilitator if they are unable to attend.*

Selected participants understand that CCRC has some wellness protocols in place to support everyone's wellbeing. Please conduct a personal wellness check prior to attending. If you or the child(ren) are not feeling well or have COVID related symptoms, we kindly ask that you rest at home and join us at another time.*

Selected participants understand that submitting this interest form does not guarantee participation. Spaces are limited and enrollment is NOT determined on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure that all interested families have the opportunity to participate, priority is given to families who have not previously attended. Facilitators will contact families who are selected to participate via phone call and/or email three weeks prior to the event start date.*
