By signing up for a training, the caregiver understands that if this training is a multi-week commitment, the caregiver will do their best to attend each training session and notify the facilitator if they are unable to attend. / Al inscribirse en un taller, el cuidador comprende que si este taller es un compromiso de varias semanas, el cuidador hará todo lo posible para asistir a cada sesión y notificará al facilitador si no puede asistir.*

By signing up for a training, the caregiver understands that CCRC has some safety protocols in place that must be adhered to at all times. We ask that you maintain social distancing. Conduct a self-health check prior to attending (if you are not feeling well or have COVID related symptoms, please stay home). / Al inscribirse en un taller, el cuidador comprende que CCRC tiene algunos protocolos de seguridad que deben cumplirse en todo momento.
